Hi, I’m Deep Ghosh, a Full Stack and Web3 Developer, currently working as an SDE and AI Research Engineer at XorenAI and a Developer Advocate at HackQuest. I work hands-on with blockchain systems and AI, with a strong focus on research-driven work.I’ve always believed that knowledge grows when it’s shared. Over time, I’ve Judged & Mentored developers across multiple hackathons and programs including Diversion2K26, Open Odyssey 2.0, multiple HackQuest Co-Learning Camps, Build on Stellar Kolkata by Rise In, Binary KGEC v2, and JWOC Season 7. I am also a verified mentor on Unstop, where I work closely with students and early-stage developers from across India, helping them approach implementation, structure, and problem-solving with clarity.I’ve consistently performed at a national level across major hackathons and tech competitions, including being a Smart India Hackathon winner, a winner at IIT Madras’ Smart Student Hackathon, and securing 1st position at Elevate 360: Scripting Next Unicorns 2025 at Sister Nivedita University. I’ve also been recognized as a national top innovator at Felicity ’25 (IIT Hyderabad), Advitya 2025 (IIT Bombay), and Techniche 2025 (IIT Guwahati). Beyond the results, these experiences have shaped how I work day to day, staying clear under pressure, collaborating well with different teams, and focusing on building things that are thoughtful, reliable, and useful in the real world.
