   Project governed by Government of Gujarat.Overall Incharge, Operations and Maintenance of the Command & Control Centre.Coordination with various stakeholders / agencies for issue resolution.Responsible for end-to-end functioning and uptime of the Command & Control Centre and its related infrastructure.Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all type CCTV Cameras (Huawei), Cisco ASR Routers, L2-L3 Switches (Cisco,Dlink,Digisol), Firewall (Fortinet), Virtual Machine (CISCO), Large Scale Storage Devices (Huawei), Video wall (VuWall) and Touch Screen Kiosk Workstation (First touch).Oversee the installation and deployment of Network Cabling (UTP, OFC), Network racks and Server racks.Ensure that all Network Infrastructures working with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Operations of electrical equipment like Voltage Stabilizer, UPS and DG sets.Coordinate with Suppliers, Program Management, and Quality to provide OEM support.Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Network Infrastructure and edge locations.
