Leads a team of 340+ HR professionals to deliver a wide range of strategic and operational HR functions across the Ontario Public Service (OPS) such as: HR advisory services; employee health, safety and wellness; workplace discrimination and harassment prevention, and support to the OPS Leadership Network.Utilizing strategic business and people leadership skills to lead a large operational division with a presence across the province; ensuring HR supports d that meet the needs of the organization are provided and are client focused- Collaborates with the partners, clients and stakeholders to ensure that enterprise HR services and supports enable business outcomes and the delivery of government\'s priorities.• Works closely with Treasury Board Secretariat to inform and influence corporate HR policy and bargaining mandates, and to ensure effective implementation and service delivery related to approved policies and collective agreements.• Establishes and works in partnership with Ministry CAOs to provide enterprise leadership and support to ministry HR strategic business units, and to enable capacity building for the OPS HR community.• Provides strategic leadership and direction for divisional operational policies and business processes; program development; project management, and business solutions.• Ensures the division has a strong client service culture, making the best use of technology to continuously improve the client experience and service delivery excellence.• Drives and supports the priorities and strategies that enable success across the OPS as a member of the ministry\'s Senior Management Team.• Provides inspirational leadership; develops high-performing teams with skilled, diverse and engaged employees able to deliver quality services and results and ensures a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
