Responsibilities include:• Develop and implement outreach strategies with diverse local communities• Drive complex, cross-functional programs.• Collaborate with employees and community members for goal setting.• Build strong customer-focused relationships with both internal and external customers• Removing barriers to employment for individuals in under-represented populations• Eliminating unconscious bias in recruitment programs
