In fiscal years 2010 through present, devised and executed improvements in artwork-tracking processes and accountability that led to substantial reduction of packaging scrap and rework costs. • Implemented transition to cost-reduction outsource model for prepress and workflow management; trained vendors and integrated them into our process. This includes ongoing management of supplier relationships and detailed quality control and establishment of color standards. • Providing critical linkage between global units in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific with respect to time-sensitive packaging rollouts. • Created and maintain the master matrix used by multiple teams to track packaging artwork status and related Operations and Marketing issues. This matrix has been adopted by other business units across regions. • Contributing to structural testing of packaging, idea generation with conversion and packaging engineers, and collaboration on product and process improvement with Marketing and Customization teams.
