   Harmonization of four merged companies into a single competitive benefit offering including the implementation of new plans, programs, policies and vendors, and support M&A activity. Present findings and strategy recommendations to Benefits Committee. Resulted in $5 million in savings over three years. • Benefits Strategy - Review plan design, cost, trends, and utilization metrics. Work with third party consultants and actuaries on assessing the programs impact on designs to mitigate trend. Responsible for implementing plan design and vendor changes including benefits enrollment communications in print, site content, e-mails, videos, SPDs, SBCs and SMMs. • Manage the administration, design, compliance, communication, and pricing of health and welfare benefit plans including: medical, dental, life insurance, disability, vision, flexible spending, health reimbursement accounts, PTO, leave (including and retirement plans (401(k) and pensions).• Vendor Management of benefit vendor partners to ensure high quality service delivery of benefit programs and negotiating contract terms and performance guarantees with vendors.
