RBIN, BOSCH: Currently working as Graduate Apprentice in a spark plug plant of BOSCH, Naganathapura. • TEF (maintenance)-Worked as a GA in Maintenance department for 4 months-Took several projects on the upgradation of many machines and processes. Building a whole new QUALITY ACADEMY HALL. Programmed a new feeder machine to a different plant in Hassan. Automated an exhaust system in RBIN, Naganathapura. Reduced the lead time by placing pick and place mechanism for a particular line. Also worked in solving the breakdowns when the machine fails. Worked along with TEF team on Planned Maintenance. Solved Breakdowns when the machine failed to operate. Came up with better solutions for the operation during breakdowns. • PURCHASE - Worked with Purchase Team until April-2020- Learnt the complete process on how Purchase, Logistics works- Implemented BOSCH PRODUCTION SYSTEM in the supplier end for smooth low in our demand as well as in their supply- A project was taken on changing the raw material. For this particular project All related tests was done in R&D department (eg: Breakdown voltage, impact test, wall thickness, density, dielectric test etc,) The documentation required for all the inbound-outbound activities, for the ISIR recording was done.All the tasks related to a product release was done. Took part in the IATF Audit along with the Purchase team. Participated in VSM-VSD workshop for Logistics. • PURCHASE QUALITY - Currently working with the PURCHASE QUALITY team until Sept 2020- Learnt on the complete process on how an Industry will actually control the defects and improve on their Quality- Completed a Booklet on Quality of a particular department which will be Out-sourced shortly- Monitoring on a daily basis that the Supplier products are not out of Quality- Created a TOOL on documenting the PREVENTIVE QUALITY PLANNING Documents from the Supplier- Updating the Initial Sample Inspection Report based on VDA 6.3, IATF and AIAG Norms- Knowing on the working of different gauges used for different purpose.
