With a Master\'s in Human-Computer Interaction and 3+ years of end-to-end UX experience, I sit at the intersection of research, design strategy, and product thinking. I translate ambiguity into structure: whether that\'s running multilingual usability studies, architecting information systems for archival collections, or building brand identities from the ground up. My work has been implemented in schools across Lesotho, reviewed by NASA judges, supported by city governments, and scaled for global nonprofit teams.
