My thinking sits at the intersection of the analytical, the logical, and the humane. One of the earliest lessons I learned was that most “critical” crises are often the result of poor planning and fragmented systems. Since then, I’ve focused on stripping away the noise and drama to build solutions that aren’t just quick fixes, but sustainable systems.My career path has been unconventional; I didn\'t plan the path, but I paid attention to every step of it. Each environment has shaped how I think, adapt, and lead—sharpening the logic to build systems, the empathy to lead people through them, and the ability to earn trust without relying on title or authority.For over 5 years, I\'ve lived at the confluence of people, complexity, and chaos—environments where every decision echoes in real time and execution has little room for error.    Chief Minister\'s Office [CMO] & DoIT & C, Government of Rajasthan: Social Media Management [Tender]: Jaipur, Rajasthan [Onsite] Leading the project for a government social media mandate — accountable for a 20+ member cross-functional team spanning unit leads, social media managers, content creators, designers, and video editors, embedded in a high-accountability client environment. Managed end-to-end RFP compliance and quarterly deliverables—partnering with Legal to mitigate contractual risks and closing three compliance and billing reports within five months. Developed project-specific policies and SOPs & implemented an automated attendance system, significantly improving operational visibility and consistency across the team. Owned the new joiner experience end-to-end—mapping out the first month of learning, managing onboarding and knowledge transfer, and ensuring people were set up to succeed in a project environment without a local office presence. Drove team health through 1-on-1 check-ins, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives—surfacing friction early and keeping communication open across a distributed team.
