   American Express Travel has been taken over by EXL Services, so Currently working with EXL Services after the Transition.• Reconciliation of the open items of EBTA Project - Clearance of historical data which was not cost to company but was in their dormant account for last two years and before it goes to their Profit and Loss account we took the initiative to clear those items as for the Brand Image. • Reconciliation of the open items (BTA)- As these were not billed to the customers as they have not matched with the billings file of the Airlines All these open queries could then get written off to the respective cost centre if they are not resolved by the UK BTA Team at GTSC within the stipulated time. This write off amount is again a potential loss to the American Express as this money cannot be requested from the customer, if they remain unresolved. • BENELUX Refunds and UK Refunds Team -• Processed Refunds on Sabre,Amadeus and Galileo and also learnt Ticket Trax Process.• Clearance of Aged Items in Recs.• BSP - Authorized, Rejected and Pending.• US DEBIT MEMOS Team – Research on the disputes against airlines financials
