With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a passionate and organized leader who excels in strategic planning, team building, event planning, and collaborations. I currently serve as the executive director at North Woods Village, a senior living community that offers personalized care and support to residents with memory impairments.As the executive director, I am responsible for overseeing the operations, finances, marketing, and quality of services of the community, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. I also lead the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing programs that target existing and new markets, and that increase occupancy and revenue. In addition, I leverage my skills as a radio personality to promote the community\'s brand and reputation, and to engage with the local audience and stakeholders. I am proud to have received multiple awards and recognitions for my professional and community achievements, including being named the nicest place in America recipient in 2020, 40 under 40 Recipient in 2023, and Outstanding Community Leader in 2022.
