Having worked in recruitment since 2004, I feel really lucky to love my work just as much now as I did when I started. So many things have changed for all of us – technology, the way we do business, the way we communicate. For me, some things never change; I’m still a stickler for doing things properly, and always going the extra mile. & I listen more than I talk; I add real value by getting to the nitty-gritty! I don’t just match candidate skills to a job description, I look for the right cultural fit. I give honest feedback to both candidates and clients. I keep everyone informed throughout the process; communication is the key to success. I understand everyone is busy, so I make things as simple and straight-forward as possible.
