Deedra Darby-Jones is a champion of growth and collaboration in a customer centric environment. As a commercial banking executive, mentor and board member she engages with others to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic partnerships. She believes that productive interactions foster sound analysis and focused and disciplined decision making. As a Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President for Steel City Capital Funding, a subsidiary of PNC Business Credit, she oversees a $4 billion portfolio of committed junior secured, second lien and stretch cash flow loans for mid and upper middle market commercial clients and private equity sponsors. At PNC Bank, she has served several employee groups including the Black Leader’s Forum and Women’s Leadership Development Program. Through these programs, she works to promote career growth and development opportunities for women as well as young and diverse bank professionals. Outside of PNC, she serves as a board member for the nonprofit organization, Center for Enriched Living, which is dedicated to enriching the lives of those with developmental disabilities. She is also an active member of the International Women’s Forum Chicago, with a mission of “advancing women’s leadership and championing equality worldwide.”
