Coordinate and manage daily and group tours, open houses, and other activities to support recruitment efforts for the Dahlonega campus. Conduct presentations; ensure visitors are well served and leave better prepared to make a commitment to UNG.Search, hire, train, develop, motivate, supervise and evaluate 20-25 student tour guides. Keep subordinates informed of changes in policy and procedures and recognize outstanding performance. Develop standardize performance metrics, while maintaining as personalized visit experience as possible.Track and report all enrollment yield performance of all visitation activity for the Dahlonega campus.Plan and execute special events for prospective students, parents and guidance counselors on the Dahlonega campus.Acts as Admissions Officer of the Day (AOD) which involves presenting information to tour groups, and counseling prospective students, parents and/or influencers via phone, e-mail, or in person about UNG and the enrollment process.Evaluates applications for admissions and makes admissions decisions.Oversee admissions inventory for all five campuses and perform other tasks as assigned.
