I am the Group Director for the company. I have overall responsibly for the day to day running of the office and logistics, reporting to the board with the budgets and period end figures. I over see a team that deal with the routing, permitting of abnormal loads and logistics of the transport division. Hiring of the plant including logistics of the machines and operators when required. I have a responsibility for the health and safety reporting to the company Advisor and therefore I maintain our accreditations for CHAS, Constructionline, SMAS, Avetta,FORS Silver,CLOCS and Crossrail.
