ABOUT DEE REEVES
I have over 20 years experience in working with people who face multiple and complex challenges, such as homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse. I hold qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Chartered Management Institute.I am passionate about ending the need for rough sleeping and supporting people to rebuild their lives. I have led and developed various service models, including accommodation and day centre services with remits spanning harm reduction, mental health, substance misuse and recovery focused approaches. I have developed and implemented effective policies, partnerships and positive workplace culture to ensure high-quality and person-centered service delivery through a trauma informed lens. I am experienced and skilled at contract management and navigating complex funding requirements to deliver strong outcomes and make a difference to the individuals accessing services.
