About Dee Nolting

With extensive experience as a healthcare executive, Dee has led family and specialty clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and a wide range of ancillary services. She is passionate about developing strong leaders, building effective teams, and helping healthcare organizations thrive through strategic, operational, and organizational support. As the founder of CorPlasia Advisors, LLC, Dee provides a full spectrum of services to medical providers and healthcare organizations. These include leadership and team coaching, medical practice consulting, provider enrollment, practice management, clinic operations, and organizational development. The name CorPlasia, meaning “together growing,” reflects her core belief that collaboration and team development are essential to organizational success. Dee partners closely with healthcare leaders and teams to identify challenges, create actionable strategies, and implement sustainable solutions that drive results. In addition to her consulting work, Dee is actively involved in professional leadership. She currently serves as a Member-At-Large and Interim Membership Chair for the Kansas Medical Group Managers Association, where she previously held the role of President. She is also a member of the Health Administration Advisory Board at Wichita State University, contributing to the advancement of future healthcare leaders.
