Consistently present bi-weekly in-service trainings with staff on Covid19 updates to ensure all CDC guidelines are followed.

She is the Executive Chef/owner of Lennox Catering since 2001. Her versatile company served South Florida\'s tri-county area, catering a variety of events, from elegant dinners and corporate luncheons, to birthday bashes and family reunions. Known for her delicious international dishes and inspired presentations, Dee brings a spirit of culinary adventure to the South Florida food scene. Whether it\'s spicy dishes from her adventures in India or unique wine pairings from her travels to Oregon Wine Country, we continue to experience the world through Dee, one bite at a time! Her passion for teaching and endearing personality continues to fuel her rising popularity. Dee has taught \"Culinary Fundamentals\" classes in Fort Lauderdale and has hosted cooking demonstrations at Williams-Sonoma, Macy\'s, and ABC Fine Wine. Her promotional credits include Mariani Packing Company, George Foreman Grills, Farberware, Chicken of the Sea, Nutrioli\'s Soybean Oil, Bien Padre\'s Green Tea Oil, and Glory Foods\' Sensibly Seasoned line. Her experiences have also caused her to be strong in the areas of management, leadership and mentoring. Dee has also taught as an Adjunct Culinary Arts Instructor at Miami Culinary Institute (Miami Dade College\'s Wolfson Campus). In her most recent food adventure, Dee has started Culinary Legacy LLC, in homage to her Mother, Radhica. She is finally sharing the secrets to her successful and tasty menu by now offering two new products to the market. Her freshly made seasoning blend is a carefully balanced blend of 15 different herbs and spices and will bring BIG flavors to any dish. Her second product is her HOT Sauce, which is the \"sauce that requires a spoon\" because of its uniquely thick and spreadable texture. And don\'t we didn\'t warn you, it\'s HOT. Dee is a native of Trinidad & Tobago and certainly knows her way around heat, spice and BIG flavors.
