With over a decade of experience working alongside senior leaders, I’ve built my career on one core belief: the details are never just details. They’re how trust is built, how people feel, and how organizations show up in the moments that matter most.I now bring that philosophy to corporate events and Board engagement at CIRO, where I plan and lead high-profile gatherings from start to finish. From Board meetings and leadership offsites to member conferences and stakeholder receptions, I handle the full picture, the logistics, the flow, the feel, so that every event lands with intention and leaves a lasting impression.My approach hasn’t changed much over the years. I’m calm under pressure, precise in the details, and always thinking a few steps ahead. I care deeply about the experience of the people in the room, and I take pride in creating environments where leadership can show up focused, prepared, and confident.What drives me is meaningful work, the kind where you can feel the purpose behind it.
