Under the Zeal Capital Markets brand (Established in APAC) ZFX was a subsidiary setup in London offering a B2C technology brokering platform providing access for everyday people to trade on the stock market.Established 2018 in APAC with over 200k users trading volumes of up to $1b/month globally ZCM expanded into Europe, ME and Africa under ZFX. Essentially a start up backed by their parent company we built the UK HQ in London Bank in 2021/22 increasing headcount in the UK from 7 to around 60 across Operations, HR, Finance, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Sales and Risk.I manage the recruitment strategy, processes, road mapping, KPIs, social media visibility and much more.Hands on role and business partner to leadership team (C-level, Directors ans Executives) I provided a critical service to my organisation, consultative, influencing team structure, skills gaps, recruiting strategy, branding, D&I, candidate journey, salary benchmarking & JD creation
