ABOUT DEE B.

I’m a Data Analyst and Project Manager with a background in digital transformation, mental health leadership, and inclusive workplace consultancy. With over 20 years of experience across public sector, health and social care, and nonprofit leadership, I now apply that knowledge to data-driven solutions at EY. Currently, I’m part of the NeuroInclusive Mentoring Program (NiMP), supporting data analysis, insight generation, and benchmarking to inform best practice guidelines. I also serve as a CST Connect Level 1 Champion for our Belfast Lane 4 People Consulting Government contract, co-leading initiatives that foster collaboration, learning, and team wellbeing. I’m undertaking the EY Higher Level Apprenticeship in partnership with The Open University and Belfast Met, working toward a BSc (Hons) in Cloud & Software Development with Data Science. My studies include programming, machine learning, cloud development, secure systems, and data analytics β€” all of which I actively apply in my role. My transition into tech was a natural evolution of my passion for systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, and social impact. I bring with me a deep foundation in: Mental Health & Cognitive Health: trauma-informed practice, compassion fatigue, recovery planning, neurodiversity advocacy Leadership & Development: coaching, mentoring, team supervision, stakeholder engagement, quality improvement Digital & Data Integration: client systems, data reporting, blended service delivery, digital literacy promotion Community & Creativity: wellbeing programme design, peer support, creative inclusion, community resilience I’m passionate about using data and technology to solve real-world problems β€” especially those related to equity, accessibility, and mental health. I’m always open to connecting with others who share these interests or are working on related initiatives. Outside of work, I’m a currach skipper, creative wellbeing advocate, and lifelong learner.
