About Dee Dee Rinehart
Being a native South Carolinian and specifically 35 years of living in the York County, Charlotte metro area I bring a passionate and intimate approach to my responsibilities of transitioning families/transferees to and from our area. I take great joy in introducing newcomers to the “smiley face” around Charlotte, NC as well as Charlotte. Our agents are mostly licensed in SC & NC and can service a broad area successfully. I married into a passionate real estate family and have been involved for 30 years. Rinehart Realty is a 46 year old company and is in it’s 2nd generation of ownership. I have held a SC Real Estate license and practiced and also held a property managers license and worked in property management in Columbia, SC. During college I worked at the SCPR & T Dept. and that began my fascination and love for the state of SC. I have also been Rinehart Realty‘s community liaison working on numerous charitable boards and community organizations and festivals throughout our area and have built many long lasting relationships that have provided me with valuable resources for my clients. With our membership in the Leading RE network with affiliate companies in 74 countries it truly makes us the local expert and makes us global. Being global is a very comfortable fit for me, as my husband Jay and I have hosted and welcomed students and their families from more than 35 countries and have help them to navigate our country, our state and our city. I love learning about other cultures and their countries and strive to understand how to best communicate in a way that would be received appropriately and effectively. As the Relocation Director, GRP I have more than tripled our relocation business at Rinehart Realty. Our company offers many services. We provide home marketing/selling assistance, home finding services, moving recommendations. We have, in house, A property management company to assist with rentals, mortgage assistance, law firm Property ServiceWorks- contractor service and we pride ourselves on being the resource for anything you may need in our area.I hold the designations of global relocation professional GRP and Certified Relocation professional, CRP.
