Review loan lock requests for loans originated under Housing Finance Agency (HFA)/bond programs to ensure appropriate fees are in place and loan meets basic requirements.• Accurately enter loan data into appropriate HFA websites to lock loan terms for designated first lien, down payment assistance, and/or Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) products.• Review bond lock reservation for accuracy and upload to PCL Loan Origination System.• Track registered bond loan through process and follow-up with appropriate associates on status of any files nearing underwriting certification or lock expiration dates.• Request extensions on expiring bond loans when closings re delayed or when Post Closing indicates deficiencies are unlikely to be cleared by reservation expiration date.• Complete required Housing Finance Agency (HFA) training to become and/or remain certified to reserve/lock bond loans.• Respond to inquiries from Loan Officers on bond features and eligibility requirements.
