To lead, plan and implement a performance coaching programmes for Mellish Men’s Senior Sides, to compete successfully in their respective league and cup competitions.Principle Duties and Responsibilities• To lead the delivery and development of all club rugby union performance programmes, which includes responsibility for the management and coaching of the clubs senior Men’s Rugby Squads.• To create a performance culture within the programme to ensure that high performance standards in rugby union are maintained and improved through the ongoing development, delivery and monitoring of all players and teams.• To manage and provide an effective performance coaching programmes for Mellish Rugby Football Club so that they can compete successfully within respective league and cup competitions. This includes development of appropriate annual training programmes, covering pre-season and post-season as well as competitive season programmes.• To attend home and away fixtures, including working with the Captain on the structure of matchdays.• To work with volunteers to film all matches and use footage to code matches and provide post match analysis in the form of video and statistical reports.
