ABOUT DEDIPYA TAWRI
Hello everyone, I am Dedipya Tawri, currently pursuing B.A. LL.B. at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. I began my journey by preparing for law entrance exams and have since explored various areas of law through internships and freelance opportunities. During this time, I got the opportunity to intern with various corporate and litigation teams. I have drafted NDAs, written statements, legal notices, legal opinions, and written submissions. I have also conducted legal research on a wide range of issues, including matters before the NCDRC related to insurance claims, arbitration proceedings, and trademark disputes, SEBI, M&A, Due diligence report etc. As a freelancer, I have delivered legal research for clients based in jurisdictions such as the Bahamas, Maryland Canada etc. In addition to legal work, I have undertaken non-legal internships where I became proficient in using Google Sheets, drafting professional emails, professional calls, team meeting, benchmarking, and reviewing tech agreements such as NDAs and MSAs. Apart from my legal journey I love writing poems, stories, journaling, travelling. My poems have been published in an anthology by writerspocket. I also love reading philosophy and exploring new theories about life.
