I manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to successful execution, while maintaining rigorous financial oversight and cost control. Leveraging Agile methodologies, I ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and under budget, driving continuous improvements and operational efficiencies.In addition to managing project delivery, I mentor and develop my team to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. I take pride in leading by example, ensuring that the projects we deliver not only meet client expectations but also contribute to Deloitte’s long-term strategic objectives. My role also involves overseeing risk management through active RAID log management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and mitigated proactively.
