I enjoy implementing strategic solutions to real problems and I achieve this by channelling my vivid imagination through the lens of the user to get to the heart of a problem. I’m not afraid to disrupt the status quo in order to explore solutions that have the potential to be impactful and dynamic; by principle ensuring that the process is backed by research and data. I enjoy working alongside disruptors and innovators alike because I’d always welcome an opportunity to create a novel solution to an existing problem. I adopt a tenacious approach to projects; ensuring no stones are left unturned on both personal and team targets. I’m skilled at facilitating strategy sessions with users and stakeholders and I also have strengths in storyboarding, thematic analysis, wireframing and prototyping because it gives me an opportunity to think through new possibilities and review interaction models. My favourite super power is iterating solutions based on feedback rapidly without compromising on the quality of the outcome.
