Passionate about digital and new technologies, I have the opportunity to work in this field on a daily basis. Over the last ten years, I\'ve been fully involved in digital retail activities: a perfect market to test innovation serving new customer journeys. Today I’m grateful to lead the “New Instore eXperience” department, in charge of product delivery for SoftPos and Android payment terminals.I\'m working for Worldline for more than twenty years now and I\'ve evolved through different markets: bank, media, sport, and retail. From developer to project manager, then involved in presales & innovation manager, I\'m now leading strategic product development. Thanks to my technical background, I\'ve acquired a strong customer experience on different strategic projects.In 2020, I\'ve accomplished an executive MBA at EDHEC Business School, to enhance critical skills such as marketing and strategy.
