   Develop and manage contractor safety programs while providing HSE leadership across multiple organizational levels. Responsible for establishing safety procedures, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout all operations.Contractor Safety Management: Continuously improve contractor safety performance through program development and implementation. Manage ISNetworld database and NCMS software to ensure regulatory compliance. Establish pre-qualification and re-qualification requirements for contractors and nested subcontractors. Coordinate site-specific training with reciprocal safety councils and facilitate contractor orientation programs. Support contract administration in evaluating and acquiring qualified contractors.Safety Culture & Leadership: Implement and maintain Safety Culture & Engagement programs through training and proactive coaching. Develop and execute HSE awareness plans and communication initiatives across all organizational levels. Provide direct support to Safety Superintendents, Emergency Response teams, Health & Safety Specialists, and Process Safety Engineers. Serve as an active coach at all levels to ensure consistent safety behaviors aligned with zero-incident goals.Training & Compliance: Conduct safety training sessions and facilitate workshops to ensure comprehensive understanding of safety procedures. Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Participate in continuous process improvement projects and maintain active membership on the Emergency Response Team. Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and preparation of technical reports and presentations.
