I\'ve been working in SEO since 2011, building my expertise agency-side across a wide range of industries and developing strategies that deliver meaningful, long-term organic growth.Over the course of my career, I\'ve led SEO campaigns that have generated multi-million-pound organic revenue growth, combining technical, content and PR elements to increase search visibility while maintaining conversion performance and brand integrity. I specialise in creating data-informed SEO strategies that grow traffic, strengthen audience engagement and build lasting brand authority.Alongside hands-on strategic work, I\'ve built and led high-performing SEO teams within digital agencies. As Head of SEO at Evoluted, I built the SEO service from the ground up - defining processes, improving reporting frameworks, implementing new tools, and developing strategy and audit methodologies. Within two years I had recruited, trained and led a team of eight SEO specialists delivering success for a diverse portfolio of clients.Earlier in my career at The SEO Works, I progressed from SEO apprentice to leading an award-winning team of 20 specialists. During this time I also led complex website migrations and international SEO strategies for brands including Rab and Denby.
