Working within the specialist retail channel as an account manager for accounts across Scotland and the north of England.• Supplying customers with a strong and varied portfolio of core and high end malts from Bunnahabhain, Tobermory, Ledaig and Deanston, as well as Black Bottle, Angostura rum and Satryna tequila.• Working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets with use of in-depth sales data to track literage, GSR and overall AGP.• Proficient in budget plans, as well as performing regular forecasting updates.• Monitoring fixed and variable budget spent on customers with decision making on where to invest funds to benefit sales.• Creating commercial plans, particularly for new product releases. Working with the marketing team to align commercially with NPD.• A face of the brand as an ambassador at private tastings, masterclasses, on and off trade events, training with bars, whisky festivals, barrel top retail sampling etc.• Close ties with other sections of the business such as representing the brands for the GTR channel or other European markets at events across Europe, as well as performing online and in-person training and brand training with staff within our distributors or at Duty Free shops across the world.
