The Role:My role requires an experienced IT Business Analyst with a thorough understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. I report into the Head of IT Management and I work closely with senior stakeholders to gather and unpack complex requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure that the software development meets the business needs.Key Responsibilities include- Working with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements- Translate business requirements into technical specifications- Create functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and other documentation as required- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams- Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling- Support the Test Manager with test plans, test scripts and UAT testing- Provide support to end-users during system implementation and post-implementation- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutionsThe role requires a highly motivated and organised individual that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and I am self-starter. I am capable of turning complex business requirements into technical specifications, utilising a number of different schematic methodologies to interpret these to both technical and business resources.
