I specialise in working with semiconductor equipment and machinery companies across Europe, helping them attract the Application Engineers and Project Managers who sit at the heart of complex, high-value technology delivery.From Application Engineers supporting advanced process and metrology tools, to Project Managers leading multi-site equipment installations and customer programmes, I partner closely with equipment manufacturers to understand what success really looks like in their environment and to identify people who can operate confidently at the intersection of engineering, customers, and delivery.With over a decade in recruitment, my focus today is firmly on technical and project-driven roles within the semiconductor equipment ecosystem: capital equipment, process tools, inspection, metrology, and advanced manufacturing machinery.
