Responsible for managing a volunteer workforce of over 700 football referees operating across the grassroots leagues of Lincolnshire. Putting referee safety and safeguarding front and centre of all I do to ensure my referees have a safe working environment on the football pitches of Lincolnshire.Planning and delivering training courses for new referees, CPD for developing referees, whilst ensuring the mentor, coach, and observer workforce is fit for purpose to enable development of the county\'s referees.Strong links forged with the local leagues and Referee Associations to support my referees.And providing aspirational leadership and support to those referees seeking promotion into the non-league refereeing pyramid and beyond.
