Over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, construction finance, risk management, legal, compliance and human resources. Background encompasses a strong skillset in strategic planning, tax, audit, contract negotiations, employment relations, mergers and acquisition, employment benefit programs, compensation and payroll, compliance, government contracting, corporate operations, risk assessments and developed recruiting and retention programs. Served as over 20 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Risk Management. Implemented a company wellness program, employee engagement, mentoring, and supervisor/leadership committees. Authored majority of health and safety and employment handbook guidelines ensuring federal, state and local law compliance. Managed and directed compliance and risk management as in-house counsel, lead on contracts and pricing negations, negotiated corporate liability insurance and acquisitions due diligence.
