I maintain confidential employee files, ensure compliance of all policies across 7 states, coordinate the hiring process and administer all employee benefits and payroll. I assisted in the transition to a new payroll vendor that includes automated time-tracking.I promote a strong work ethic and culture and work closely with managers to improve consistency and the new employee experience.
