Our differentiation is Candidate Experience, Research, Competitive Intelligence, Talent Landscape Mapping combined with Tenacious Headhunting.Job Profile :• Managing End-to-End recruitment cycle (US Operations/US Hiring).• Understanding client requirements, carrying out searches, and finding the right candidates matching the requirement on popular US job boards, portals and social media.• Actively involved in Sourcing Candidates using Boolean Strings, short-listing, screening including preliminary interviews, assessing candidates’ credentials, and qualifications, inquiring about their experience, negotiating pay rates/ salaries, and scheduling Interviews.• Capturing notes on candidates\' career journeys, roles, KRA, KPI, Industry exposure, product/service exposure, technical experience, reporting matrix, management capabilities, performance/achievement history etc.• Prepare a skill matrix according to the requirement and check the candidate’s years of experience in each skill.• Candidate Status matches with the Position Description – (Green Card/ US Citizen/ TN Visa/ H1B/ EAD’s).• Proficient with external job boards-social networking sites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc.• Follow up on the progress of submission and update it to the candidates.• Database Maintenance: Maintaining a database of all the resumes i.e, platform-wise, experience wise etc.• Maintained and updated potential candidate/ client database for current and future job opportunities.
