Exploring different ways to approach problems and providing feasible solutions with an Analytical mindset at Foster School of Business, University of Washington, Seattle.Background:Aspect Ratio- Before joining my Master\'s, I was working as an Associate Consultant at Aspect Ratio (for 1 year and 8 months), where I helped 2 US Pharmaceutical clients (Fortune 50 companies) with product sales analysis, vaccine coverage, data purchase decisions, and launching of multiple pilot programs. We would use SQL for extracting relevant data, R and python and excel for critical data analysis, and Spotfire for data presentation- I used SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) data and US population data extensively for identifying patient segments of geographical locations- I would also measure the impact our insights would have on the net Revenue for these products as the impact created by my team as a wholeZS- Prior to joining Aspect Ratio, I was working with ZS, first as an Associate and later as an Associate Consultant (for 3 years and 2 months), where I had the opportunity to assist 2 Global Pharmaceutical as well as 2 Tech companies (all of them Fortune 50 companies in their respective domain)- I have gained expertise in creating Incentive Compensation plan design, field contests, operations, reporting, digital marketing analytics, employee hiring and retention, and product design/ launchI have led 4+ teams in both organizations and mentored 30+ associates in their journey as Business Analysts. I enjoy the process of mentoring others as I feel I learn about new ideas and find out about my understanding of the subjectI also enjoy the aspect of collaborating with multiple stakeholders(clients, leads, developers, analysts, testing teams, etc.).
