It can be a fresh perspective in a well-thought out strategy, a light bulb moment after listening to a customer\'s experience, an epiphany that emerges from a new research finding, or simply a conversation with divergent point of view that I can learn from.I also enjoy collaborating on complex challenges. There is a thrill in unraveling the \"yarn ball\" of a complex challenge and and re-wrapping it in a way that serves an organization.
