At How Do You Do It we work with our clients to retain and progress diverse talent, working with leaders, teams and individuals, particularly their working parents and carers, many of whom are senior women. We provide consultancy and award-winning group and 1-2-1 coaching programmes, e-learning and virtual coaching tailored to the business. Clients range across a variety of industries such as law, accounting, banking & financial services, insurance, media and consultancy.
