   Overall responsibility for the management of the retirement and health & welfare plans for a multi-costal private chemical manufacturing company.Created, managed, and executed the RFP process for new Brokerage H&W and Retirement plans- as well as new 401k vendor. Manage all aspects of the employee benefit package; improving plans, restructured employee cost structure, implemented Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), Disability (STD/LTD) plans and High Deductible Medical Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA).
