I\'m a senior Executive Assistant, and a dedicated advocate for the profession. I\'m a life-long learner, currently working towards the SFJ Awards Level 3 & 4 diploma in Office and Administrative Management with Adam Fidler Academy in Manchester. I also have a keen interest in emerging tools, especially exploring how AI can enhance the Assistant role. I passionately believe in delivering the best possible support to my Executive, allowing them more time to concentrate on what they excel at, leaving me to achieve results where I’m the expert; this is achieved by working collaboratively and with open and honest channels of communication.I enjoy the Executive Assistant role and, over the years, have built up an extensive network of connections within the profession both nationally and internationally. I am regularly invited to events as a guest speaker; in particular, on the subjects of career development, mentoring and navigating the performance review cycle. I launched the Bristol PA Network in July 2014 and spent eight years growing it into one of the country\'s most successful and consistent networks for Executive and Personal Assistants, only stopping when I moved to Devon in 2022. Always looking for new ways to help people develop, I\'m now part of a fabulous mentoring scheme with University of Plymouth.
