Until recently Information Executive - The Information & Insight team, at Connect (Smiths News) responsible for servicing all Information, and Analysis requirements, for stakeholders across the business and in our suppliers and customers. Service a regular cycle of reporting as well as ad hoc analysis and support of projects, where specialist insights are required. Also support some of the key Retail groups with their queries on our service offer, co-ordinating and responding on the resolution. I did work for Data Development Officer for the council. I use my analytical eye to complete and enable collection of robust data on the numbers and needs of patients accessing services across Swindon. I input and analyse data and provide interpretative reports, in partnership with the Information Systems teams of SBC and the Clinical Commissioning Group. I also integrate data into business as usual reporting routines for the Community Health and Wellbeing team and develop and project manage collection, storage, reporting, and processes for the services offered by the wider team I worked for Pluss for 5 years as Business Support Team Co-ordinator this involved me being accountable for meeting Service Level Agreements set by DWP and Company KPI’s against Company benchmarks. I was responsible for capturing statistical information looking at the strengths and weakness of our teams and then introduce activities with evidence based action plans to empower the team to develop the service in line with the strategic objectives required by Pluss as a Company along with DWP guidelines and the teams individual personal development.
