Successfully managed to reduce both the cost of hiring and the time it takes to hire and fill positions by a remarkable 20%. I have successfully enhanced our internal allocations quarter on quarter by channelizing various internal processes. This has been instrumental in optimising our resources and ensuring that we are always moving in the right direction.4. Successfully managed to improve our DEI hiring index by an impressive 15% quarter on quarter. This is a clear reflection of our efforts to build a more inclusive and diverse workforce.5.
