I have practiced law for 26 years, almost all of it in various areas of employment law and discrimination. My primary focus currently is on equal pay, gender discrimination, sexual harassment under Title VII and IX, transgender name and gender marker changes, executive employment contracts, severance agreements. My colleagues in the bar and judiciary have awarded me a Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV Rating, the highest possible rating. I was also selected as a \"Super Lawyer\" in 2007. Additionally, I am a registered mediator, with a focus on dispute resolution for employment related claims. I enjoy mediation and I have found that my years of practice as a plaintiff’s employment lawyer has made me adept at explaining complex legal and procedural issues to clients who are unfamiliar with the legal system. I\'ve also represented many small businesses, so I\'m able to see both sides of a dispute and help the parties find common ground. My depth of experience also allows me to speak authoritatively to litigants about the legal, economic and other practical realities of litigating employment cases.
