ABOUT DEBRA WOODS

I combine practical experience and a challenging, supportive style, with a deep knowledge of people change, leadership, personality dynamics and the psychology of communication, working with individual leaders and their teams, to help them be better at what they do. Drawing on a manufacturing and commercial background, my own experience of leading teams, and over 30 years as a consultant and coach, I support people in clarifying their version of success, and developing useful, positive, productive habits to deliver outcomes which matter to them. With projects across the UK and internationally (North America, Sweden, Hong Kong, China, Japan, continental Europe and Africa), I work in a range of sectors - banking, sport, pharmaceutical, insurance, manufacturing, professional services, education, retail and the public sector. Clients include Barclays, Diageo, 3i, Speedo, AstraZeneca, Demelza, PUMA, England Rugby 2015, The Football Association, The Rugby Football Union, Mölnlycke Health Care and the Girls\' Day School Trust.
