About Debra Spiker

Proud Wife and Mother, UPSer, Kappa Delta Sorority alum, Alzheimer’s Advocate, WVU and Waynesburg University Grad Born, raised and educated in West Virginia, I started my career at UPS in 1991 after receiving my BSBA in Business at WVU. After multiple roles in sales and a special assignment at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA, I advanced my education with a MBA from Waynesburg College. Following 10 years in sales I transitioned my career at UPS to a role as a Marketing Manager which has provided me with multiple opportunities including: • Managing a distributed sales team to implement a new product roll-out resulting in new revenue streams • Asset management across multiple districts resulting in high visibility product growth • Collaboration across functions and teams to develop and implement UPSs entry into a new industry vertical • Member of a corporate team that defined and developed a key marketing strategy • Development of multimillion dollar account strategies and communications When I am not at work, I am a proud mom to my daughter and son, now both WVU students. After \"retirement\" as President of the University High School Athletic Boosters, I continue to be an advocate, fundraiser, volunteer and Walk Co-Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association after losing my mom and my mother-in-law to the disease. Our family also enjoys family vacations and time spent at WVU football games. Let\'s Go Mountaineers!
