As an Advisory Partner at PwC, Debra Skorupka consults on large scale transformation projects as a result of mergers/IPOs, system changes, and other significant business impacts. With over 18 years’ experience in finance, M&A transactions, and transformation, Debra is recognized for executing on complex ventures within highly challenging Corporate, PE and pre-IPO environments. She is PwC\'s Go-To-Market Leader for Finance & Infrastructure for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Sector. With her aptitude for creative solutions, Debra and her team developed the PwC’s Synergy Tracker ™. While advising clients on financial and operational change, she identified the need for companies to track and report synergies, leading her and her team to design this tracker. Debra has since consulted with clients globally to achieve over $4B in cost and revenue synergies.Clients and colleagues alike value Debra’s strategic, calm approach that ensures everyone involved that the company issues WILL be resolved.
