I am a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience directing multiple business systems projects and analyzing the profitability of new business opportunities. I have improved profitability and efficiency by taking the initiative to implement new processes for various departments including rebate systems, financial systems, SAP integrations, and new business development.I performed as a Project Manager for a $3M integration project that successfully integrated an acquired company into existing software systems while meeting a tight deadline. I have developed Key Performance Indicators to increase A/R efficiency to 80%. I spearheaded the implementation of a new rebate process to provide proper validation of rebates with 90% processed on time and in adherence to contract terms.I have completed many Professional Development courses and seminars to further increase my knowledge in disciplines ranging from accounting processes to project management fundamentals.
