It\'s been more than 22 years of a very fulfilling journey in the Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices space so far. I have gained hands on experience in the areas of both product and therapy selling, channel management, team development, Marketing- Strategy & Tactics and delivering the overall P&L. I have been managing teams to work in sync with set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals. I consider EI, Growth mindset, data analytics and interpersonal skills to be my key strength areas. I have worked with great organisations like Sanofi, Baxter and Medtronic across different commercial roles from being an individual contributor to a Business Leader for the Indian Subcontinent with complete P&L responsibility and leading both the Sales and Marketing functions. Currently I\'m working with IQVIA as a leader in the GTM team and helping both Indian and Multinational healthcare companies with data insights and end to end services and solutions towards PMR, PI, RWE, Digital Initiatives and several other consulting requirements. This gives me a great opportunity of cross- learning with industry colleagues and helps me to gain solid knowledge around the ever evolving field of Business Intelligence.
